If you should try the product again please follow directions exactly as stated. The 450degrees is vital to ensuring that the product penetrates the hair preventing frizz. I've used the product for more than a year and I'm thrilled with the ease(45min.or less wash,dry,flatiron&go)of doing my shoulder length hair.
